Metro Vein Centers is a national leader in spider vein and varicose vein treatments with over 15 years of treating patients and changing lives. The practice spans over three states and has 2,000+ five-star reviews. Metro Vein Centers needed to elevate their look and overall presence. I partnered with a multi-faceted agency, See Sarah Work, to revitalize their entire brand and customer experience. 

I led the creative vision for the new brand, touching upon everything from the visual direction, product design, photography concepts, and interiors of the medical clinics. During the 3-month-long process of developing the brand, we also worked on multiple user testing sessions to validate decisions and worked directly with the president of Metro Vein Centers and their accredited doctors. See Sarah Work's team and I established a one-of-a-kind experience that's inclusive, expressive, approachable, and bold. Our goal was to keep the balance between clinical minimalism and accessible treatment.

While working with the team at Metro Vein Centers I created two prototypes of the new web experience. These prototypes were iterated on each week (often in real-time during team meetings) until final approval.
